It really pleases me that albums & frames remain so popular in our digital era. Grouping images together within an album is a great way to present your day as a visual story as well as being a timeless way to preserve your wedding photographs in print. I have chosen to work with two world class album providers to cater for differing tastes:
Folio – my personal favourite. These albums use a contemporary square layout, matt page (fine art) finish with lay flat spreads which can if you wish showcase your favourite images as a full double page for a real wow factor. They are handmade in the UK by Folio with amazing eco-credentials. Like me they even have their milk delivered the traditional way in recyclable glass bottles! I’ll let you decide but I think these albums provide perfect presentation for country, vintage styled and informal weddings.
Queensberry – more classic by design these albums are impeccably handcrafted with a choice not only of cover options but shape, paper finishes and page overlays too. Incredibly chic, these albums won’t fail to impress if you prefer this more traditional style. They may travel from New Zealand but they are made and delivered with a strong focus on sustainability – great albums and happy me!
I can show you examples of both album types and hold samples of all the different cover choices available.
Framing remains a fabulous choice to display some of your favourite imagery as wall art. Statement pieces and collections both work well with my ‘signature’ whitewashed wooden frames for fine art print or canvas. Prices for these start at £125. I also have a range of other frames for more classic or contemporary tastes.
Presentation is very important to me regardless of your package selection. These words, received in a message from one of my recent grooms, made my day! ‘thank-you so so much, your presentation in all things really is above and beyond anything I have ever seen’.
